Fees: A retainer of $250 per party is required when scheduling your mediation. All retainer fees are inclusive of the mediator's research and preparation time and are non-refundable. All retainer payments must be paid before receiving a mediation date.

Remaining Payments: After the retainer payment is confirmed, your mediation will be scheduled. All remaining mediation payments will be required 14 calendar days before the scheduled mediation. If the balance is not paid in full by that time, the mediation will be canceled and rescheduled for another date and time. Mediations will only be rescheduled twice before a $275 fee per party will be charged to reschedule.

Mediation Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled mediation to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations must be received via email by emailing cancellations@mediatorsoftarrantcounty.com directly. Any cancellations received after this 14 calendar day timeframe will result in a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.

Payment plans and financing are available to those who qualify.

We accept credit and debit card payments as well as money orders and cashier's checks. No personal checks will be accepted.
