Our 40-Hour Basic Mediation Training course (which includes 2 hours of ethics) provides the requisite 40 hours of mediation training as specified by the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052. Our training includes lectures, group discussions, and role-plays. Upon completion of this course, the student will be qualified to perform mediations both through private practice as well as through court-mandated alternative dispute resolution programs. This course is offered both onsite and online.

Our 30-Hour Advanced Family Mediation Training course (which includes 2 hours of ethics) provides the requisite hours of mediation training as specified by the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 154.052. Our training includes topics such as family law, family dynamics, child development, and child support. The course includes lectures, group discussions, and role-plays. Upon completion of this course, the student will be qualified to perform family mediations relating to the parent-child relationship both through private practice as well as through court-mandated alternative dispute resolution programs. This course is offered both onsite and online.
Prerequisite: 40-Hour Basic Mediation Training.

Our 20-Hour Workplace Mediation Training course (which includes 4 hours of ethics) provides trainees with the skillset to resolve conflicts within a workplace context as both internal staff or by providing consulting services to organizations. Our trainees learn not only how to resolve their conflict but how to mediate workplace conflict. Our training includes lectures, group discussions, and role-plays. Upon completion of this course, the student will be qualified to perform mediations both through private practice as well as through court-mandated alternative dispute resolution programs. This course is offered both onsite and online.
